Yes, and that is the point. Unlacquered brass is left raw so it develops a natural patina, from bright gold to a warm lived-in bronze. Water spots and fingerprints even out with time.
Warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth, then wipe dry. No abrasive pads, bleach or acidic cleaners. Want it bright again? A brass polish brings back the shine in minutes.
Yes. All pieces use standard US connections and ship with the fittings needed. Wall-mount faucets and shower systems include the rough-in valve.
Deck-mount faucets are DIY-friendly. For wall-mount faucets, shower systems and anything inside the wall we recommend a licensed plumber.
We ship to every state in the USA in protective double-walled packaging. Delivery times are shown at checkout and you receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within the window stated on our Returns page. Custom-made pieces are final sale. If a fixture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we replace it at no cost.
