Brass is heavy and edges are precise, so we pack accordingly.
Every fixture is wrapped in foam, seated in a cut insert and boxed twice. Handles and spouts travel separately inside the carton so nothing can knock. Open the box, unwrap the parts, and the first thing you see should be the finish, not a scratch.

TRACKING HELP
Carriers can take up to 24 hours to activate a label after it is created. Try again later in the day.
Check with household members, neighbors and any parcel room, then contact us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Before shipping, yes, contact us right away. After shipping, some carriers allow a redirect from their tracking page.
Larger shower systems and sinks may require a signature. Faucets usually do not.
